What is an intersection?
An intersection is where two or more roads cross or merge at angles.
What is a controlled intersection?
An intersection that has traffic signals or signs in any direction. Motorist must yield for certain conditions.

the motorist must yield to the motorist on the right.

What should a motorist do when hard braking causes a SKID?
a motorist should handle a skid in both front wheel and rear wheel same ways. If the rear starts to slide, then take your foot off the pedal.

A vehicle may spin if the steering wheel is quickly turned away from the direction of the skid. To avoid the spin, motorist should turn in the direction the rear of the vehicle is skidding without oversteering.

When skidding a motorist should look in the direction htey want to go. When htey feel they are back in control they should straighten the wheels.

stop quickly, turn quickly or speed up.

be ready to apply brakes to avoid being pushed into ahead car. Brace self and press against seat.
What should you do in a side collision?
keep a tight grip on wheel (keeps you from getting thrown against the side). Be ready to turn fast so to control car.

use arms to protect face. OR if no seat belt then throw self across seats.
