Fibrates: PPAR-a ligand. Lowers VLDL. Some Dec LDL & inc HDL & Dec Trigly. Use in Hypertriglyceridiemias!! (dysbetalipoprotemia). Kidney. Myopathy(inc w Statin), Gallstones. Inc Warfairn Effect.
