eat several small meals, avoid fluids at mealtime, sip small amts of fluid tra meals, avoid greasy, heavy, fried, and spicy meals

antacids, H2RAs (ranitidie,famotidine- not really for N,stomach acid control), antihistamines (depress equilib. centers in inner ear, good for preventing motion sickness), pyridoxine (vit. B6, not available in US),phosphorylated carbohydrate soln (slows down activity in gut, good for N), oral rehydration soln (like Pedialyte-contain electrolytes, a lot lost during V)

sedation, dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, tachycardia, urinary retention, avoid concurrent use of alcohol or other CNS depressants, children may experience excitation, elderly-confusion
