|
Use with caution in patients with supraventricular arrhythmias or other cardiac disease, head trauma, brain tumor

Dosage /Route of administration
|
Adult- 0.4 to 2 mg IV IO ET IM, or Sub Q.
Pediatric- 5 Years or older or weight >20kg: 2mg IV IO ET IM or Sub Q Younger than 5 Years- 0.1 mg/kg. IV IO ET IM or sub q. May repeat every 2 - 3 minutes |
