Trapezius (lower)
O: spinous process of lower thoracic
I: medial end (base) of the spine of scapula
A: depresses scapula, upward rotates scapula

(upper and lower work together to raise arm above 90degrees rotating the glenoid cavity)
Rhomboid Minor and Major
O: lower ligamentum nuchae & spinous process of C7-T5.
I: medial (vertebral) border of scapula from base of spine to inferior angle.

-last 3-4 ribs
-spinous process of last 6 thoracic vert., all lumbar & sacral spines via thoracolumbar fascia
-inferior angle of scapula.
I: floor of intertubercular (bicipital) groove of humerus, crest of lesser tubercle.
A: extension, adduction, MR of G/H joint. if humerus is fixed, it will elevate the pelvis
