Subscapularis

O: subscapular fossa. I: lesser tubercle of humerus. A: internal rotation, adduction, extension.

Supraspinatus

O: supraspinous fossa. I: top of humeral head. A: abduction

O: t1-t5, c7-t1. I: medial border of scapula, medial angle. A: retracts scapula, adducts, downwardly rotates scapula, elevates scapula.

Coracobrachialis

O: coracoid process. I: medial side of humerus, upper 1/3. A: flexion, adduction, internal rotation.

Latissimus dorsii

O: crest of ilium, sacral and lumbar vertebrae. I: lesser tubercle of humerus. A: adduction, extension, internal rotation

Deltoid

O: Clavicle, lateral 1/3. Acromion. Spine of scapula. I: deltoid tuberosity. A: abduction, internal and external rotation. Extension and flexion.
