Symptoms
Conscious but becoming confused, often anxious or irritable, lethargic and apathetic.

Slow decline in abillity to co-ordinate and move there muscles, therefore may appear to stagger and sway on their feet.

Skin will feel cold and may appear pale and cyanosed

Heart and respiratory rate will become increasingly slow and weak and pupils dilated
Mild to moderate Hypothermia

Shivering only evident in the Initial period of mild Hypothermia
Symptoms
They will become unconscious
The skin will be ice cold to touch and often appear white or bluish in colour.

The Muscles will become rigid

Heart rate will be slow ( often as low as 40bpm)

Blood pressure will often be impossible to obtain.

Respiratory rate will be extremely slow and shallow.

Pupils will become dilated and often not react to light.
