Pulmonary edema, with or without associated pain Moderate to severe acute or chronic pain |

Hypersensitivity to narcotics, Hypovolemia, Hypotension (BP<90 systolic), Head Injury, undiagnosed abdominal pain, Increased ICP, Severe respiratory depression
