MMR & Varicella

Attenuated vaccines contraindicated for immunocompromised patients.

Influenza

Annual vaccine beginning as early as 6 months

DTaP

5 doses given before 6 years of age.

MMR, Hepatitis A and Varicella

1st dose at 12 months

HPV

Began at age 11, for BOTH males and females can be given as early as 9 years old and as late as 45 years old

Tdap

Booster given starting at age 11 and may be given w/additional exposures.

Hepatitis A

Begins at 12 months old & is HIGHLY recommended to be completed by 2 yrs old (it’s ok to give 2nd dose after 2)

Meningococcal

2 doses by 16 years of age.

Inactivated Poliovirus

4th dose by 4-6 years.
