-Strong conceptual skills – astute about the surrounding environment
-Fast decision making
-Technically and tactically proficient
-Poise under pressure
-Ability to operate autonomously under a general framework of -commander’s intent.
-Employs a broad based leadership style
-Considers diverse and divergent views
