When focusing which focus knob do you focus with first

Firstly you focus with the big knob also known as the coarse focus knob. Then you focus with the little knob also known as the fine focus knob.

What are all the parts of the microscope and where are the located
|
Well at the very top of the microscope there is the eyepiece lens also known as the ocular lens, then down a bit there is the barrel, then down from the barrel there is the revolving nosepiece, then down a little more there is the objective lenses, then the slide and the stage slide clip on the stage, the iris adjustment is under the stage but on tip of the mirror and under all of this is the base. On the side is the coarse focus knob and the fine focus knob.
