Metoprolol (Toprol XL)
PO. Beta-blocker. Used to treat high blood pressure, prevent angina, and improve survival after heart attack.Extended-release (long-acting) metoprolol also is used in combination with other medications to treat heart failure. works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure

Nitroglycerin

It is used in combination with other medications to treat heart failure. Lisinopril is also used to improve survival after a heart attack.
Losartan
angiotensin II receptor antagonists. Losartan is also used to decrease the risk of stroke in people who have high blood pressure and a heart condition called left ventricular hypertrophy .
Propanolol
Beta-blocker. used to treat tremors, angina (chest pain), hypertension heart rhythm disorders, and other heart or circulatory conditions. It is also used to treat or prevent heart attack, as well as severity of headaches/migraines.
Amiodarone
Amiodarone is used to treat and prevent certain types of serious, life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias (a certain type of abnormal heart rhythm when other medications did not help or could not be tolerated. Amiodarone is in a class of medications called antiarrhythmics. It works by relaxing overactive heart muscles.
