HR < 45 bpm, BP < 100 mm Hg, CHF, heart block, shock
Precautions
Be alert for signs and symptoms of CHF, bradycardia, shock, heart block, or bronchospasm (patients with history of asthma or COPD)
Side Effects
Bradycardia, hypotension, dyspnea, and wheezing

IV calcium channel blockers, antihypertensive agents, MAOIs
