CXR: Increase reticulo-nodular shadowing in lower zones, blurring the left heart margin and superior margin of the right hemi-diaphragm
CT: There is abnormal opacification of the lungs which predominates in the mid and lower zones.
It is characterized by fine reticular (net like) shadowing and sub-pleural small cyst formation. Lung involvement is not uniform.*
Scleroderma
