What is HELLP?

Hemolysis Elevated Liver Enzymes Low Platelets. In pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) pre-eclampsia, swelling of the liver and disseminated intervascular coagulation. These are PATHOLOGIC changes in pregnancy.
