Diseases/outbreaks- CALL to report; physicians office is required to document total amount of cases over a predetermined time

Standard of Care

Physician must provide same knowledge skill and care as a similarly, trained physician would

Physician's Rights

Vacation, choose patients to see (insurance to accept), refuse service, terminate a patient for failure to pay


Contact- physician to patient- ends when treatment ends and fees are paid
