-He sues and wins. Just had to prove negligence cause he is private.

Street jumped a train in her youth and got raped by a black man. (the "Scottsdale Trial")
- in the 80's NBC made a documentary about it and said that maybe she was a hooker and that it was false. they thought she was dead.
-She sued and lost. She was deemed a public figure based on the trial.
