Cultural Conflict Model
people who see oppression. There is no conflict, but the implicit criticism that there should be conflict. Two groups that aren't equitable anymore. The powerful are able to dominate and rule through ideas and cultural influence. The powerful are able to convince the oppressed to believe and hold the same cultural beliefs and values that they have. The heart of this model is not that there are two parties, it's that the oppressed don't even know that there could be an alternative.
Hegemonic Model
