What is Mr. Kim's definition of a Fraction?
A fraction is a non-counting or non-whole number integer.
It is usually expressed as a numerator over a denominator.
A fraction can be equivalent to a decimal and or a percentage.
Counting numbers
Literally numbers that you can use to count with.
Whole numbers
Numbers that are complete numbers, non-fraction integers that are related to counting numbers.
Integer
Any number (whole or counting), partial number, fraction, decimal number or percentage.

Relating to a fraction...
It is the top number which is over the Denominator.
IE: 1/2
1 is the numerator.
Denominator
Relating to a fraction...
It is the bottom number which is under the numerator.
IE: 1/2
2 is the denominator.
Decimal
A value with or with out a whole number in front of a decimal and then a partial number.
IE: 1.123
IE: 2.333...
IE: 0.5043

Percentage
A value related to a fraction or decimal.
Relating to a fraction: 1/2 = 50%
Relating to a decimal: 0.5 = 50%
What is 3/4 as a decimal and percentage?
Decimal = 0.75

What is 0.25 as a percentage and fraction?
Percentage = 25%
