Two - deck, customer services and pier operations, mooring and berthing, loading and unloading passengers, counting, carriage of disabled people, fueling, garbage and waste disposal.

What to do in an emergency incident that could involve serious injury, loss of life or attract media interest. Most importantly Contains a cascade flow chart for reporting. Contains Only one section important for offshore, remainder is office based, details of teams to call include, crisis manager team, incident team, media management team, emergency info team. Emergency procedures includes a bussines recovery plan.

Describe the life saving apparatus manual.

Details and instruction on correct use of all life saving apparatus on board including life rafts, life jackets, man over board equipment, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, generator/engine shut down procedures, first aid kits and a list of emergency contacts.

Describe the search and rescue manual.

This manual details a plan of co-operatiion between the passenger boat association and coastguard, the manual is intended as a pre-determined communications plan to establish early and efficient contact with the emergency services in the event of an emergency on board, and to assist others. The manual contains an emergency action flow chart and useful contact numbers.
