2. There is a brief time after the Courser has entered the battlefield, before the library is shuffled, when the top card of the library would be revealed. Then once the library has been shuffled, the new top card is revealed.

#269 You are attacking with a Pillarfield Ox and an Archangel of Thune who is equipped with a Fireshrieker. Your opponent has no blocks: how much damage will he get from this attack?

10 damage in total. Archangel deals 3 damage in first strike, then triggers a +1/+1 to every creature; then it will deal 4 damage in the normal combat step while the Ox will deal 3 damages on its own.

#356 You control Nissa, Worldwaker, three Forests and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. You use Nissa's +1 Ability on Urborg. After Nissa's ability resolves, your opponent casts Turn to Frog on Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. What color of mana can you produce with your Forests and with Urborg?

You can produce green and black mana out of the Forests, but you can't produce any mana with Urborg. The type-changing effect of Urborg will first add the subtype Swamp to your Forests, allowing them to tap for black and green. After the continuous effect of Urborg is applied, it will loose its ability that changes the type of the lands and the ability to tap for black mana.

#173 You attack with Ajani's Sunstriker; Your opponent is at 7 life, controls an Elderscale Wurm, and does not block. Do you gain any life?

#173 You attack with Ajani's Sunstriker; Your opponent is at 7 life, controls an Elderscale Wurm, and does not block. Do you gain any life?

Yes: although the damage does not result in a life total change for you, Ajani's Sunstriker still deals 2 damage to you, so your opponent gain 2 life.

#273 You control Dismiss into Dream and an Izzet Staticaster. Your opponent controls 3 Elvish Mystic. You activate your Izzet Staticaster targeting one of your opponents bears. What happens?

When you choose your target for your staticaster the ability your opponents Elvish Mystic gained form your Dismiss into Dream triggers. Your opponent sacrifices the targeted elf. Your staticasters ability then tries to resolve but fizzles due to no longer having any legal targets.

#262 Your opponent is at 10 life. You attack with Master of Cruelties. Before blockers, you cast Skullcrack, targetting your opponent, who then declares no blockers. Once the combat phase is over, what is her life total?

#262 Your opponent is at 10 life. You attack with Master of Cruelties. Before blockers, you cast Skullcrack, targetting your opponent, who then declares no blockers. Once the combat phase is over, what is her life total?

1. Assigning no combat damage isn’t the same as preventing that damage. "Master of Cruelties assigns no combat damage" isn't a prevention effect, so it isn't affected or changed by Skullcrack's effect.

#258 You control Melek, Izzet Paragon, and the top card of your library is Inspiration. You cast Inspiration from the top of your library. Once everything has resolved, how many cards in your hand does your opponent know the identity of?

Four. Cards are drawn one at a time. If a player is instructed to draw multiple cards, that player performs that many individual card draws. As each card is drawn, the next top card of the library is revealed.

#130 You activate Havengul Lich's ability targeting Falkenrath Torturer, and then cast it. Can you sacrifice a creature to give Havengul Lich flying even though it's not named Falkenrath Torturer?

Yes. When a card's ability refers to itself by name, it means "this object," regardless of its current name.

#262 Your opponent is at 10 life. You attack with Master of Cruelties. Before blockers, you cast Skullcrack, targetting your opponent, who then declares no blockers. Once the combat phase is over, what is her life total?

#317 You control an Underworld Cerberus enchanted with your Gift of Immortality. What happens when it dies?

Both the Cerberus and Gift of Immortality trigger. Depending on how you stack the triggers, you either put the Cerberus back on the battlefield and attach Gift to it at the beginning of the next end step, or Cerberus goes to Exile and Gift will remain in the graveyard. In either case, Cerberus will return all other creature cards to their owner's hands.

#266 You control Legion's Initiative and a Gutter Skulk. You attack with Gutter Skulk, and in your next main phase, you activate Legion's Initiative's third ability. You pass the turn. Your opponent, who doesn't control any creatures, draws and passes her turn too. When does your Gutter Skulk return to the battlefield?

During your opponent's combat phase. The combat phase happens after the first main phase even if a player doesn't control any creatures, or does not plan to declare attackers. A player can't skip the combat phase, and announcing intention to move toward the next turn only means that the player is passing priority until that point. Each phase still happens.
