Dose
-Adults: 1-1.5mg/kg IVP repeated at half the inital dose every 5-10 minutes; max 3mg/kg; followed by drip after ROSC at 1-4 mg/min (pre-mixed drips at concentrations of 1g in 250cc or 2g in 250cc or equivalent).
