Comm guard shift msg:



Msgs are required when a cmd shifts it's guard from one broadcast or servicing comms center, to another.

COMMSPOT

Comms spit report:


Reports are used to advise of any situation that might cause significant disruption of tactical comms



Reports must be submitted as soon as comms difficulties are experienced.
