LOSS OF SCAVENGE FAN/OIL COOLER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
1. Go Hull-Borne, close cushion vanes, and shutdown affected side.
LOSS OF LIFT
1. Use CAMS to determine craft Engineering status.
2. Attempt to TRIM craft.
3. Increase N2 for lift if possible.
4. If no positive control of craft, go hull-borne, and shut down affected side.
DAMAGE TO SKIRT SYSTEM
1. Slow craft to regain maneuvering control.
2. Continue with mission at increased N2 if conditions permit.
3. If unable to regain control or damage is severe, stop craft, and go Hull-Borne and Investigate.
TRANSMISSION AND PROP LUBE OIL SYSTEM LOW RESERVOIR.
1. When L/O pressure drops below 40 psi at design N2 or high L/O temp is indicated, go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, shut down affected side.
SPRAG CLUTCH FAILURE
DISENGAGE
1. Shut down affected Engine

ENGAGE
1. Go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, and shut down unaffected engine.
LOSS OF APU

APU HIGH EGT
1. Take affected generator off line and shut down affected APU prior to 1320 F.
APU SURGE/STALL
1. Depress affected generator key on UKB to off
2. abort ME start
3. Shut down APU if surging continue.
FAILURE OF APU AUTO-SHUT DOWN
1. Shut down affected APU
2. If APU fails to shut down. position T/R Pwr/B switch to OFF on affected APU
2. Go Hull-Borne
4. Isolate affected APU fuel system.

1. Depress affected generator key on UKB to OFF
2. Shut down affected APU
3. Place TR/BATT Pwr switch to OFF
APU LOW LUBE OIL PRESSURE
1. Depress affected generator key on UKB to OFF and shut down APU prior to pressure reaching 6 psi
APU HIGH LUBE OIL TEMPERATURE
1. Depress affected generator key on UKB to OFF, and shut down APU prior to temo reaching 275 F
LOSS OF GENERATOR
1. Depress affected generator key on UKB to OFF
LOSS OF TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER
1. Very other T/R has assumed DC load
PARTIAL LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER
1. Monitor AC load
LOSS OF CAMS
1. Ensure alternate CAMS assumes control
2. Select UKB main and verify the suspect CAMS status.
TRANSMISSION/PROP CHIP INDICATION
1. Zap Chip. if chip clears, continue mission.
2. If chip doen not clear or reappears, repeat ZAP attempt. If chip clears continue mission.
3. If chip does not clear or reappears, go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, shut down affected side and investigate.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM LOW LUBE OIL PRESSURE
1. When L/O pressure drops below 40 psig at design N2, go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, and shut down affected side.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM HIGH LUBE OIL TEMP
1. when rise in temp is observed before a CAMS alarms, reduce prop pitch and N2 on affected side; increase prop pitch on and N2 on unaffected side
2. If temp exceeds 235 F go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, and shut down affected side.
LOSS OF PROP/RUDDER/BPW THRUSTER CONTROL SYSTEM ELECTRONICS

2. Reduce N2 to minimun and N1 to Idle.
3. Depress vane dump switch. Attempt to operate vanes.
4. If no change, investigate for cause.

COMING OFF-CUSHION
1. Switch to alternate control channel and attempt to cycle control.
2. Reduce N2 to minimun, N1 to idle
3. If craft remains on-cushion, secure 1 or 2 main engines to bring craft off-cushion.
4. Investigate for cause.
LOSS OF CONTROL SYSTEM HYDRAULICS
1. Go hull-borne, close cushion vanes, and shut down affected side.
