Work occurring on or adjacent to project site which may require coordination with other Contractors or entities

Construction Change Directive (What is it? When is it applicable? What is the Contractors responsibility in order to receive payment? Same as?)

Same as Force Account work. A document with complete description of change in Work. It also designates method to establish change in Contract Sum or Contract Time. This happens if Contractor and Owner do NOT agreed on a price and timeline for adjustment.




Contractor to keep record of time and material required by Construction Change Directive. Contractor to submit records once complete to substantiate cost and time adjustments.

Contract Time Accounting is (Done by who?Measured against what?

Done by Project Designer. Is a record of working days remaining in the Contract Period

Payment method used when Contractor and Owner cannot settle of a price. Covers cost of labor and materials as recorded by Contractor. Same as Construction Change Directive.

Claims against the Contractor by sub-contractors which may be transferred to owner.
