Every computer has a power supply to change the electricity from the wall outlet into electricity the computer can use. The capacity of a power supply is measured in watts. A typical computer requires 200 watts to operate. This isn’t very much, when you consider that an average hair dryer uses seven times as much power.

speaker
A device that produces sound and music when connected to a sound system. A sound system is only as good as its weakest link, so don’t hook up a good sound card to the cheapest speakers you can find. For best results with multimedia, buy speakers with a built-in amplifier and accessible controls.
