Touristy |
As someone who has been a waitress at a very touristy location in New York City, I can vouch for that. I know that it’s not their fault, but most people don’t know how to politely or you know, kindly ask for things they need. |

For me, I use could more often for sure. In a restaurant. It feels like when I say could I? I'm more familiar with the person. I'm being more casual or friendly. And almost on their side, on their team, it's not me versus them. |
