2. Loss of an NEC if a sailor losses his NEC due to poor performance.

3. Sailors who receive PTS quota to switch ratings but then fail to complete formal training required to convert to new rating.

4. Domestic Abuse sailors convicted of a misdemeanor dosmestic violence or have a restraining order against them. If you can't carry a weapon you can't stand QD watchs or go IA.

5. Sailors that have less than 6 years in have no formal appeals process. A board is conduncted from a seperate department.
How does NAVADMIN 210/10 affect E-6 to E-9?
Navy Personnel Command now requires E-6 through E-9 peronnel to report any crimes committed by all personnel in these paygrades.
