Job restructuring includes modifications such as

-ambulation problem: RC is assigned more office work and less fieldwork activity


-emotional stress: a social worker is assigned more case file paperwork and less interviewing/field assignments


-lower extremity problems: shipping and receiving clerk is assigned more clerical work and less lifting
