Total sales in June will be higher due to sales and promotions. Gross profit is significantly less 100k @ 98.8% to our current 60k @ 66%. Average spend is lower 40.5/38.76 Avg Quant holds steady at 2.9 and Avg unit price has dropped from 14.18 to 13.3

What can we do go improve adt? Upt?

Adt is all about pushing FW items and continuous items. Upt is all about suggestive selling/cross selling up selling. Expanding product knowledge to show value.

Best selling divisions June/july

22,24,32,34. With 34 by far performing the best

Worst selling divisions June July

18,26,28,35,36. With 26 being lowest. Also 29 tanked during July

What divisions do we have too much inventory? And how will we reduce it by and by when

18,12,11. Reduce through customer awareness and transfer plan to city stores. Ship back should also alleviate alot of the burden

Productivity is the same as sales per man hour which is 68.43. We raise it through training.

Main focus for July?

For sales it's pushing out spring summer items, promoting FW. For store operations it's still perfecting basics.

Strengths

Succession plan

Cathy because she has the best understanding of uniqlo culture and fully embodies the uniqlo principles. She has the most leadership potential of all our supervisors, she takes feedback so well and acts to improve upon feedback immediately and she always takes full accountability for not only herself but the entire store.

Biggest problem at kop

Store culture. Action plan - change culture through 8 week training plan, corrective action, and continuous feedback. Also setting routine. Sharing d/w/m goals, providing tools for success and following up.
