How do you choose a theme?

The theme chooser will automatically open when you open Keynote OR select File > New From Theme Chooser
|
You can also select the "Themes" button in the tool bar of a project window.

How do you change which MASTER slide you used?
|
Click on the "Masters" button in the toolbar of you project to view/change your selection of master slides.
|
The Slide Inspector also gives you the option to select different master slides if you click the Appearance tab.

How can you paste text into a presentation and apply the theme’s formatting?

Click Edit > Paste and Match Style
|

How do you switch to a different Inspector window?
|
Select the different inspector tabs at top of the inspector window.
