Continuation of previous chapter. Speaks of the overthrow of Babylon, and gathering of the lost. Lord will remember Israel's sins no more.

Continuation of previous chapter. Israel will be gathered, blessed, and redeemed. Reference to Cyrus of Persia as a shepherd of the Lord to release Babylonian Captives. Idols are useless.
