What is law?

Law is a system of rules a society sets to maintain order and protect harm to persons and property.

Social order (Toplumsal düzen)?
|
Social order is about how people behave in society. What is classified as what is right and what is wrong in society.

Why do we need society?
|
It created by our ancestors and is been revising since its inception by us according to our different needs, comfort , and behavior. It happens because we evolve, from our survival instinct to socio-productive (sosyo verimli) skills.

Why we need rules?
|
Without rules we would have anarchy. Rules are necessary so that we have more freedom. For example we have road rules therefore there is freedom to drive, without rules we would be in constanct(sürekli) fear of accidents. We're protected with rules.

Define the good manners and explain.
|
Good manners are a set of behaviors which mark someone as a civilized and cultured member of a society. Cultural traditions play an important role in manner. Examples; chewing with your mouth closed, not skiping in line, opening doors for people behind you, ladies first, etc

Define the legal rules.
|
The law is a set of rules. enforceable by the courts. The rules which are made by a state or by a regional organisation.

Define the religious rules.
|
Religious law refers to ethical and moral codes taught by religious traditions.

Define the moral rules.
|
Moral rules can be defined a set of rules, put forward (öne sürmek) by a society, establishing (saptamak) what we should do and what we shouldn't do.Being honest, helping, respecting, etc.

What is decrees (tüzük)?
|
An offical order given by a person with power or by a government. It has the force of law. Decrees published in the official gazette.

Kısaca kanunların ve tüzüklerin uygulanmasını sağlamak üzere çıkarılan hukuki metinlerdir. Resmi gazetede yayımlanması gerekmez.

|
Law, order, regulation, rule, etc made by a ministry, local authority(yönetim), or public corporation (kamu şirketi), in accordance (çevresinde) with the powers conferred (verilen yetkiler) by or delegated under a statue. Also called delegated legislation.
