Trigger a Positive Feeling with the Skill of Anchoring

1. Imagine movie screen in front of you & FUN lever connected to it

2. Display a really fun memory on it (e.g. jetskiing)

3. Picture it bigger and bigger & more vivid & move the "FUN" lever up

4. Allow it to get bigger & closer as your move lever up

5. Add color to it; make it shine; look at the details

6. Hear "Let the fun begin!" in your head

7. Enjoy the sensation, then pull the lever down to the initial position & relax a bit

8. Verify: grab lever again and raise it up with "Let the fun begin!" (same feeling should return)

Amplify Positive Feelings

1. Close your eyes & think of 1 of best feelings ever

2. See what you saw and hear what you heard in that moment

3. Notice where the feeling comes from. Where in your body does it start? Where does it move to?

4. When you stop thinking about it, where does it go?

5. Do it again, but grab it and don't let it go away. Make it move in a circle (or loop). Spin it faster & faster.

6. As you spin it faster, the feeling grows stronger. How much pleasure is your body capable of?

Eliminate Negative Feelings

1. Think about where you feel stuck or blocked

2. Imagine it on the screen & whiten it out

3. Do it again - white it out quickly

4. Do it again - reload the good feeling & spin it

5. Hear inner voice "Never again!"

6. Focus on the good feeling spinning faster throughout your body

7. Shake your body to break the state & go back to neutral state

8. Verify that this works automatically - think about the negative feeling again

2. Person B will subtly match their body language, tone of voice, speed of speech, and representational systems

3. Person A will think about their experience and notice how it makes them feel about person B now

- What do you mean by that?

- Compared to whom? Compared to what?

- How do you know?

- What stops you? What would happen if you could?

What would happen if you didn't?

Building a Better Future

1. Calmly breathe and go into state of comfort

2. Imagine your timeline stretched out in front & behind you & you soaring about it looking down

3. Look at your bad past experiences - realize each was a training ground for success

4. Notice the useful info gathered from each; let it float up out of the timeline

5. Think of a time you felt GREAT. Immerse yourself in that memory. Imagine it moving through your entire body.

6. Pick a color for that feeling and spray that color all over the bad past experiences - soaking them in the great feeling.

7. Now look at the past - realize you feel good about those experiences.

8. Do the same with your future experiences pre-planning your happiness!

9. Come back to your present full of excitement & anticipation for the future.
