|
yes I don't mind working overtime occassionally but I would also like to get home to my dog, hobbies, and usual routine I have after getting home from work.

Yes I am. I found someones car keys the other day at work and turned them into the front desk at the hospital I work at.

a 10. I love working with others and help others out. I have a very positive attitude.

|
Yes. I enjoy gaining knowledge to sell products for peoples needs, I am very confident in este lauder therefor, being confident in myself that I can easily and the product comes natural.

What was the last thing you have sold?
|
The last thing I sold was a dessert at a restaurant. People are not always very hungry after eating a large meal so it is the waitresses duty to 'sell' the products the restaurant has to offer as much as possible. I was as descriptive as possible to sell the chocolate cheesecake drissled

For the most part of prefer an open office environment. I love working around people because I'm very sociable.

|
Yes I do. I feel good stress helps me stay motivated and productive.

|
Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.

|
I got stressed when I got called into work and the person I was screening was positive for drugs however When I get stressed, I step back, take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action.

|
Yes I am. I make lists to make sure I get everything done in a timely mannor. I like things very clean and tidy.

I believe the greenhouse effect is having drastic effects on the climate however there are many who are taking action to prevent this from happening such as stopping deforistation, increasing energy efficiency, and using natural gas instead of fossil fuels.

Yes, I'm very social and approachable. I have been told this is one of my best qualities by current and past employers. Having a father that owns a business, he a taught me many of the fundamentals of customer service

Having worked in the restaurant and bar industry and also the job i currently work at, I have experience with these types of situations.They way I typically handle them is
1. Talk to them in a friendly mannor 2. If there is anyone else around they may know to help them copperate better, get them. 3. offer them choices, dont rudely tell them what to do. 4. ask them questions about themselves |

be polite, do not show im intimidated, focus on what you can do for them, if they wont calm down call security.

|
learn from why I wasnt doing well, stay positive, be persistant with the plan i came up with.

|
Sence of urgency to complete something put in front of me however I want to make sure it is done well so I write out a designated time schedule to make sure I cover all aspects of what I need to get accomplished.

|
I dont believe the workplace is a place for complaining. It brings about a negative atmosphere which isnt good for clientel or the name of este lauder.

Both. You must have knowledge and service to have the highest chance possible of selling any type of product.

|
Yes. For both the hospital I work for and past restauants, there is a certain number of patients we need coming in for screens and a certain number of customers we need to maintain to be successful.
