Supplement the lung, tonify qi and nourish yin

Sheng Mai San, Bu Fei Tang
Chronic breathlessness, green-blue complexion, cyanotic lips, a pale moisture tongue coating, and a deep and weak pulse; or breathlessness, cough, red complexion, restlessness, a red and dry tongue, and a rapid, fine pulse.
