Intention |
An act is intentional when it's done deliberately with full understanding of its consequences and with a desire to produce those consequences. |
|
How does the court determine intention? |
The court looks at all the surrounding circumstances and depending on the factors may presume intention by what is said and done. The law presumes that a person intends the natural and necessary consequences of his actions. |
