4 out of the following : cervical lymphadenopathy-dry/fissured lips or swollen tongue-conjunctivitis-polymorphous exanthem concentrated on the trunk-extremities erythema/induration leading to disquamation on hands and feet. -additional : sterile pyuria-CNS symptoms such as seizures and aseptic meningitis-migratory polyarthritis-hydrops of gallbladder. |
