DENIAL

PASSIVE AGGRESSION

When the resident missed her vein, she smiled and said,”When you’re just a medical student it must be hard to get things right.”
She watched her IV run dry. At 4am the resident had to be called to restart the IV. She cheerfully told him she hadn’t rung because she knew how busy everyone was. |

INTELLECTUALIZATION

ALTRUISM
