- persistent dry cough


- angioedema (swelling of face, lips, neck, extremities) DANGEROUS, requires tx asap



- monitor for hypotension


- monitor K+


- avoid foods rich in K+


- avoid potassium sparing diuretics


- avoid salt substitutes containing K+


- notify HCP if cough is too bothersome (other options)


- monitor urinary output (needs to be at least 30 ml/hr)
