Describe the Emergency Procedures for a ROTOR BRAKE FIRE

1. Notify pilot with the fire signal pointing to the rotor brake area.



2. Signal emergency shutdown and direct fire guard to discharge fire extinguisher near rotor brake.



WARNING: USE OF CO2 EXTINGUISHER ON ROTOR BRAKE FIRE MAY CAUSE DISC TO SHATTER.



3. Immediately direct personnel away from A/C until crash crew arrives.



4. Notify maintenance

Describe the Emergency Procedures for an AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE FIRE.

1. Immediately notify the pilot with fire signal, point to the location of the fire, then give the Emergency shutdown signal.



2. Signal the fire guard to fight the fire with the fire bottle or closest available firefighting agent and assist fire guard as necessary.
