How do you form the Passe Compose?

L'imparfait is formed by dropping the -ons ending from the verb and adding:
-ais -ais -ait -ions -iez -aient Je parlais = Je + parlons -ons + ais. |

How do you form the Conditional?

For regular -er and -ir verbs, add the appropriate ending to the infinitive. For -re endings drop the final e before adding the ending. Conditional endings are:
-ais -ais -ait -ions -iez -aient (the conditional stem ALWAYS ends in R) |

The imperatif or regular -ir and -re verbs is the regular present tense. The imperatif of -er verbs is the same except that the e in the tu form is dropped.
