Parison

Repeating the entire sentence or clause almost exactly.

Epizeuxis

Repeating words in immediate succession. Ex: the horror, the horror.

Asyndeton

Practice of leaving out the usual conjunctions between coordinate sentence elements. (smile, shake hands, part)

Anatanaclasis

Punning on a repeated word to obtain different meanings. (put out the light and then put out the light)

Anadiplosis

Repetition of key word at end and starting with it in the next sentence.

Jargon

Words and expressions characteristic of a particular trade, profession or pursuit.

Euphenmism

less offensive way of saying something that may not be pleasant.

Epithet

words or phrase in place of persons name or association with it.

Didactic

From Greek "teaching" primary aim for teaching especially a moral or ethic principle.

Bombast

pretentious exaggeratedly learned language. Trying to be eloquent by using the largest, uncommon words.

Use of old fashioned language.
