No. A deflection off of the player from “Team B”does not constitute possession and control. The player from “Team A” effectivehigh-sticked the puck into the net.

Stoppage of play will occur when the second player touches the puck. The face-off will be at the location to where the second player (the player from "Team B" in this case) had made contact with the puck.
