Features of Architecture under the Sultans
Use of grey stone.

Use of the arch, dome and minaret.

Indian craftsmen employed by the sultans. Many hindu desgns were adopted like the bell, lotus and swastika.

Buildings decorated woth geometrical designs, flowers, werses from the Koran and use of calligraphy.
