Why did europeans begin to explore the outside world between 1000 and 1492?

As long as the population of the territory is under 5000 adult males, the territory would be governed by a governor and 3 judges. Once it exceeds 5000 adult males, the people there could elect and organize a territorial legislature. When you have 60,000 total people then they could draft a state constitution and ask congress to accept them as a state
Sheys’s rebellion (1786)
Led by Daniel Shays. Farmers/vetrans were paying high taxes to pay for the war they just fought and they went around attacking court houses and such.

Came from england. Extream puritan. He buys land from indians and creates Rohde island.

use to give sermans in her home. she had lots of children. When she gave birth to a dead, deformed child she was thought of as cursed. Her whole family moved to NY they were attacked by indians and killed.

The english were fighing the French and the indians for land. also known as the 7 years war in europe because it spilt over there.
