How does the gun operate?
|
Piston Principle, Propellant charge is transfeerred to a piston which drives a fastener into the material, 95% of the energy is absorbed by the piston, the fastener is driven in a t a much reduced velocity in a ontrolled manner making through shots impossible.

Drop fireing safety device
|
Result of coupling the fiiring mechanism with the cocking movement. This prevents the tool from fireing when dropped.

Trigger safety device
|
Ensures the cartridge cannot be fired sioply by pulling the trigger. The tool can fire only when pressed against the work surface.

Contact pressure safeety device
|
Requires the tool to be pressed against the work surface with significant force.

Unitentional firing safety device
|
Prevents the tool from firing if the trigger is pulled and then the tool is pressed to a surface. |

Clean external surfaces, Remove all loads, Press the releas button and unscrew fastener guide, remove piston/inspect/ and clean with flat brush, use round brush to clean cylininder, spray with hilti spray, lube piston and power wheel and reassemble. |
