What is the difference between prejudice and racism? |
Prejudice is a negative or unjustly formed opinion based on race, religion, culture, or gender. Racism is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior. |

Mediation is when both sides of the conflict both agree on a middle person (mediator). The mediator will help see both sides of the story they are neutral. |
