Why do we get hangovers?
- dehydration.. decrease anti-diuretic hormone
- alteration in cytokines
- increase acetaldehyde
- inflammation via impurities in the alcohol
How can we remedy hangovers?
After the fact: rehydration, NSAIDs

Before the fact: drink liquor with less byproducts.. fluids and NSAID before bed... EAT!

- balances alcohol metabolism by slowing down process of ethanol oxidation into toxic by-products.. by including glucose
- succinic acid and fumaric acid included to accelerate decomposition of toxins into harmless compounds
