-solid vs. solid and cystic (of all Brenners, solid is more benign) -mult calcifications in solid part -Very DARK on T2 MRI due to fibrous tissue -4th to 8th decade |

Granulosa Cell Tumor
|
-Neoplasm composed of a pure or at least 10% population of granulosa cells often in a fibrothecomatous background
-almost always UNILATERAL -Low signal on T2WI or fluid-fluid levels with intracystic hemorrhage - Large solid and cystic adnexal mass and thickened endometrial stripe -Color Doppler: Low resistance vessels in thickened septations or solid component -Tumor secretes estrogen therefore consider when endometrial lesion is seen in association with heterogeneous solid adnexal mass -Size: Average size is 12.5 cm -Difficult to differentiate from cystadenoma/cystadenocarc |
